You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that it has not yet been shipped. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return the item within our 14-day return policy after receiving it.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged)
- Your name and address
Yes, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, differences in screen settings and lighting may cause slight variations.
Care instructions are provided on each product’s label. To maintain longevity, we recommend gentle washing and avoiding high heat drying for delicate fabrics.
